3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted on a web server. When the page is accessed, the server automatically records so-called server log files. These include the IP address, date and time of access, URL accessed, data volume transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring URL.

This data is technically required to deliver the website correctly and is not merged with other data. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and uninterrupted operation of the website). Log files are automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

The connection to this website is exclusively via an encrypted HTTPS connection.

4. Contact Form and Direct Contact

The contact page features a form for appointment requests. The form is submitted via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 204 E 2nd Ave, Suite 416, San Mateo, CA 94401, USA). Formspree forwards your entries to us by email and temporarily stores the form data on its servers in the USA. Formspree is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in Formspree's privacy policy.

Data processed: name, email address, phone number (optional), type of instrument, and your message.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing customer enquiries). We store your enquiry for as long as necessary to process it and handle any follow-up questions, but for a maximum of 3 years.

You may also contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram. Any data processed in this context will be used exclusively to handle your enquiry.

5. Google Maps

Google Maps is embedded on the "Service Areas" page. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (for users in the European Economic Area).

The map is only loaded once you actively consent to the use of Google Maps in the cookie banner. Only then is a connection to Google's servers established, at which point your IP address and other information about your visit may be transmitted to Google – including to servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (your consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

6. WhatsApp and Telegram

This website contains buttons that open a chat via WhatsApp or Telegram. These are simple links – no data is transmitted to WhatsApp or Telegram unless you actively click the button.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you open the chat, data may be transferred to the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Telegram is operated by Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, UAE. When you open the chat, data is transmitted to Telegram's servers. Further information: Telegram Privacy Policy.

7. Fonts

This website uses the fonts Inter, Playfair Display and Bodoni Moda. The font files are stored locally on our web server and loaded directly from there. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external server. No personal data is transmitted to third parties in this process.

8. Cookie Consent Tool

This website uses the CookieConsent cookie consent tool (by Orest Bida, open source, MIT licence). It stores your consent decision locally in your browser (localStorage). No data is transmitted to external servers. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG (legal obligation to document consent).

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

10. No Disclosure to Third Parties

Personal data will not be sold to or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is only shared with Formspree in connection with form submissions (see section 4) and with Google in connection with Google Maps, provided you have given your consent (see section 5).
